FIVE GRANTS FOR INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY OF STUDENTS ENROLLED IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS - LM52
Call for application for 5 funded contributions for mobility abroad. The contribution will be provided in the form of reimbursement of expenses (documented by receipts of expenses - maximum grant euro 1.200,00) to 5 students regularly enrolled in the “International Relations” Master’s degree (LM-52). The contribution will be awarded to the first five applications received correctly.
The students can request the reimbursement of expenses for the following activities:
- PREPARATION OF THE FINAL DISSERTATION
- SUMMER SCHOOL
- CONFERENCE/SEMINAR
The only refundable statements of expenditure are: travel, food and accommodation expenses that are strictly connected with the activities carried out abroad and declared in the application form.
The expenditures must be incurred no later than 2nd of November 2024.
The expenditures will be exclusively refunded, via bank transfer, to the bank account held by the beneficiary student.
The notice of admission will be communicated via mail to those beneficiary students. This communication is necessary and mandatory in order to obtain the refund.
The expense receipts must be stored in original and delivered to the university offices (the exact procedure will be indicated via mail) no later than 15th of November 2024.
During the mobility period the beneficiary student will not benefit from any other funds or grants.
